FAQs

Q: What does the pet registration do?

A: Registering your pet will allow us to notify you when anything new for your breed becomes available.

Q: How do I handle returning a product?

A: Please contact us prior to returning an item. We will give you an RMA number that you can reference on the return to ensure that you are properly credited. The phone call will also allow us to determine the problem and promply get you a replacement item if appropriate. A restocking fee of $5.00 may be charged.
